Papers of N.T. London. 1900-1910?

Three notebooks with writings of N.T. London and several loose pages.One notebook has a history of the Jews of Lithuania, 1388-1799. Another notebook has a history of the day of Shabbat. The third notebook, consisting of mostly blank pages, has a discussion of the evil inclination, the good inclination, and the purpose of affliction and suffering. The loose pages include a record of a meeting in April 1902 of the Society for the Advancement of Hebrew Learning (Agudat Sofre ʻIvrit ṿe-tomkhe sifrutah) at which Prof. Louis Ginzberg delivered a paper on Eretz Yisrael and Bavel in the days of the Talmud. There is a printed letter about the Society inserted in notebook 2.
